When adding a large number of employees to an incentive, the “Add Batch List” method is easier than manually typing each employee’s email in the search bar.
Note: It is encouraged to add users who have already been invited to RFT as an employee. If the email is not within the employee management system, we’ll detect it and ask if you want to invite them. You must invite them to join RFT as an employee or else they won’t receive the incentive.
- Click on the Incentives tab on the menu.
- Select the incentive plan you would like to add a batch list of employees to.
- Select the “Manage” button next to the Who Can Access section.
- Select the “Add Batch List” button next to the search bar.
- Paste or type all employee emails in the space provided, press ‘enter’ after every email, and select “Add” once finished. Note: It is encouraged to add users who have already been invited to RFT as an employee. If the email is not within the employee management system, we’ll detect it and ask if you want to invite them. - If any users added to an incentive are not within the employee management system, you will be asked to invite & add them in order for them to receive the incentive.
